Non Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Stitched suits after delivery
• Used or washed items
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged by the customer

4. If approved, we will guide you through the return process

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

Exchange Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer:

• Exchange with another item

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
